Good Morning ladies! How is everyone’s day going? I am in some pain. I worked on a Construction site yesterday and I am beat down, LOL!

I never knew how mouthy some Electricians, Carpenters and Plumbers could be! I heard more swearing yesterday than I have in a long time!

Well, I am off to eat bfast :)

Good Morning!

Breakfast today was the same as it is every day. No surprises there! Only I had Kashi Go Lean Crunch instead of my usual Frosted Mini Wheats!

Morning snack: 100 calorie pack of Chips Ahoy crisps

Lunch will depend on whether or not I can get into my driveway. Our neighbor had 2 trees come down and fall across our driveway last night. We all got our cars out ok this morning, but she is having someone come to saw it all up because they are too heavy to move. So there may be trucks parked there and if there is, I may be going out to lunch!

Hi Everyone,

Breakfast: bacon & egg toaster streudel (180 calories) 100 calorie fig newton crisp

Morning Snack: 1/2 pack of fruit snacks (45 calories)

I’m off to have some lunch, but not sure what yet.

Lunch: Lean Pocket (220 Calories) Salad w/ ff italian and 1/2 serving goldfish (120 calories) 1/2 cup light ice cream on cake cone (150 calories)

Me too! Maybe she plans to snack more today and that will make up for it?

Lunch: ham on 35 calorie bread, handful of fritos (I’m out of baked chips)

Afternoon snack (150 calories): 100 calorie bag of unsalted almonds, 12 oz. Cranergy drink

Dinner: whole grain spaghetti with Laura’s lean ground beef, salad, 2 slices 35 calorie bread with light butter. No idea how many calories, but it was good!
