you go to the state house to get them. It is as simple as filling out the form. I think you can call the state house and they will give you the rm # for it
Is there anyway to print the form online?
I bartend part time and I love it! I just went to the safe server class and as of July 1, the liquor license is $45, but is now good for 3 years instead of just 2. The license comes from the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, 302 W Washington St, Room E114, their number is 232-2455.
If I remember right you are single and I am too. Doing this for my 2nd job really helps me a lot. I think it is one of the best ways to make extra money while working the fewest hours. It is a very social job which I love.
Thank you very much! Yes, I am single, and any little extra will definately help.

when I had my license for serving alcohol years ago, I had the form from the establishment. I just filled it out and sent a money order in the mail. I just kept my m.o. receipt, and that served as a temporary license until the license was processed so I could start at any time. Things may be different now. Good luck!

You can get your liquor license at the Government Center downtown for 30 dollars.
Also, in regards to dishonest bartenders, there is a book your boss can buy at Atlas called the Bar Manager’s Guide. The very first chapter says, “Find out what your bartender’s monthly car payment is. They’re stealing at least that much from you.” Kind of funny, but mostly true.

Thank you ladies!
I don’t know if I will start right away or not, but I thought I would get my license, just in case it’s ever needed.
"RE: Liquor License You can get your liquor license at the Government Center downtown for 30 dollars. Also,..."
Wow. I will suggest that.
Here is a typical scenario:
The drawer starts with $250 in it. There is $100 in sales. So, that would be a total of $350, right? Well, only $185 gets turned in. Hmm! I think there is a problem there!
Or, my boss will do inventory, and 2 bottles of Crown are gone, but only 5 shots are rang up. Must be some mighty big shots!
My boyfriend manages a local Applebee’s. From what I understand that he has told me, all servers in a restaraunt must have a license, state law. So, it shouldn’t be too difficult to get one…

Hey girls!
As you all know, I do the bookkeeping for 2 gentlemen’s clubs. Well, at one club, we can’t seem to get an honest bartender, and my boss made the comment that I am the only trust-worthy girl he knows. I mentioned getting my liquor license, just in case.
So, my question, I looked online, but can’t find the form to fill out. Where do I go to get it? And, how much is it? My boss thinks they are around $30.
