Try searching online. Of course, you will need to get a mortgage preapproval to see how much of a house u can get. I’ve used www.fctucker.com, but you can just search for homes for sale in your area.

Are you wanting to buy or rent? try fctucker.com to buy, or craigslist.com for renting options.

MSWoods.com is another good one, it’s a MLS site and you can get email updates on new listings and updates if the price goes down or new pics added etc, very user friendly site, they do have rentals listed as well

There are a couple of houses for rent in my neighborhood if you want more info let me know. I live in pike twp and our neighborhood is security patrolled 24/7 which is real nice.

Any rent-to-own or lease with option, for people like us who have atrocious credit? We have an easier time getting RTO homes than regular rentals, believe it or not.

My family and I are wanting to move ASAP. We are currently renting an apartment and we are now looking to move into a home. We are looking for a 3-4 br, 2+ ba. 2 story home. Can anyone help me?
We were looking in the areas of Wayne and Pike Township. We really need to move before school year starts. I will accept any suggestions, Thanks to all you moms out there.
