My son is about to be 5 on august 13th. Which is right around the corner. My dh is laid off and we don’t have a lot of extra money. For the next few weeks money is really tight;cause we had to make payment arrangements for our rent.so we don’t get evicted. I am so worried that iam not gonna have the money to buy him a present or get stuff for a party. Do any of you ladies have any ideas for me?I would greatly appreciate any ideas.Thank you in advance!

Awww ((HUGS)) Sorry to hear about that. I hope soon things will look up. Well, thats a little bit away. I understand your situation. You can go to the dollar store and get some cute plates, napkins, decorations for cheap :) The have some cute things :) Maybe you can get a few things there, they have some nice things, like a DEALS. THen maybe when things look up you can take him and let him pick out something at the Walmart or Target or something.

Walmart has cake mixes for .89… Pillsbury. You could make a great cake yourself. check out www.familyfun.com.

also, there is a party outlet store on Arlington and Pendleton Pike.

don’t stress at five they are still not all that aware of what is going on. just make it a special day with your family and him…take him to the park, some of the movies theaters …..I know if noblesville have a free movie on tuesday and wednesday at 10am. splash parks too – kids love to go there!
