Now, I’m in a goofy mood.
Try writing on the bag “Open me slowly, its worth the wait!”

LOL, very witty! ;)
How about getting silly with the lunch meat, like:
Don’t be a turkey, eat your lunch!
I ham in love with you. Cheez, you’re awesome.
Say cheese!
We go together like peanut butter and jelly! (Ok, that one was lame)
Oh, BALONEY!
Ok, they’re only getting worse, so I’ll stop there…lol
how about:
“It will take over 100 years for this plastic baggie to biodegrade in a landfill. I hope you like your sandwich.”
haha…i love planting those little seeds in my husbands mind :)
The most important gift we can give our children and grandchildren is a world they would choose to inherit as opposed to one they are forced to endure.

Sorry…that was kind of a buzzkill on a fun post. I love the “bring home the bacon” one though…totally going to use that one.

uh… yeah there gtting sillier, but I like it. That’s too funny, I think any of those would get a good laugh out of him at lunch time. It would remind me of how silly we can be. Thanks you made me laugh.
I used the bring home the bacon on one of his baggies this morning. I’ll let you all know what he says at lunch time. He’ll probaby call me. He takes 2 sandwiches so the other one I put the Call for a good time and I put my cell phone # on it.
I just saw this post. How did he react to these? I think I’m going to do it too!
How about:
Wish you were here
Can’t wait to see you
I miss you
Thanks for all that you do for us
“Eat me” sincerely, Mr. Sandwhich

May the light always shine upon you, and may love and laughter always fill your heart.

I need some ideas. Every morning for the past 6 years I have gotten up and made my husbands lunch, coffee, whatever. And when I make him a sandwich I try to write something on his baggie that I put it in. That way at lunch he’ll smile and know he was thought of. Well… I’m out of ideas on what to write. It’s getting boring writing the same old stuff. I write “I love you”, “Hope your day is going good”, I’ve even wrote as much as “I’ll be waiting for you when you get home” to tease with him a little. Just silly cheesy things. But I need some new material. It has to be “clean” enough for him to open his lunch around other guys at work to.
