Hey lady.. Im doing great.. We had a party for my husband last night for his birthday ( which is tomorrow ) & we had chicken for dinner which is supposed to be ate with tortillas & I only had 1.. Im sooo proud of myself =) Thanks for being there & encouraging me ! Im really cutting down on the soda also =) I have been drinking water & Jumex Juices ( I love those ! ) Hey Im planning on having a get together on saturday night for my birthday which is next Sunday ( my 21st bday ) Im going to invite a few friends over but I need some yummy recipes for appetizers that arent real expensive.. easy to make & will feed everyone. I just saw your post. THE DIET LOOKS GREAT. Please add me. I need to lose about 25 lbs. The only thing that is slowing me down is that I am still breastfeeding and I have to intake a certain amount of calories per day. However I think I’ve gone overboard and eat as though I had triplets.
